Jerri Newkirk Barber serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Hope For Tomorrow Outreach. She’s a dedicated compassionate individual with a rich background in personal development, education, and advocacy. Jerri served as Director of Community Services for the Urban League of Central Carolinas’ for a number of years and currently works with special-needs adults teaching basic life skills. Holding a BA degree in Psychology, Jerri has developed and continues to be committed to life-long learning about the heart/mind connection and corresponding behavior and options for effectively guiding individuals towards positive change. As a certified Life Coach, Jerri empowers clients to achieve personal and professional growth. She is a bookworm, movie-lover, and family-oriented individual and brings a unique and heartfelt perspective to all her endeavors. Jerri’s newest venture is creating the ‘Transforming Heart and Home' blog, offering strategies for personal transformation and harmonious living.
